Current Outbreak: Measles in the United States
The PGCoE network is actively monitoring the measles situation in the United States. To assist public health entities with quickly finding measles resources and identifying vetted protocols for sequencing measles, we have collated available information and protocols below. The wet laboratory protocols are established workflows in either public health or academic laboratories affiliated with PGCoE sites, and can be foundational resources for establishing in-house measles sequencing. We will continue to update this page as additional resources become available.
